USB Help Needed

We have an application that uses a USB Pulse Sensor over the HID interface. I cannot prevent the sensor from being grabbed by OS X. There is no special driver on the OS X side.

What can I do to configure the system to pass the driver through, firmware changes (within limits), software changes on the Windows side? I have not seen any developer documentation you have. Does that exist?

We have quite a number of customers, who really want this. Please help.

its been my experience that ANY usb hid device will be grabbed by osx and not available to parallels. i'm not sure why it does this, but it does. some co-workers of mine are dying to get their spaceball devices working in parallels w/ autocad and have the same problem.
