Hi everyone,
I am running Parallels 14.1 and Win10. I am facing an issue with a debugger device that I use for work.
On a native Windows machine, this tool would be initially listed as a Generic USB Hub with its correct Vendor ID & Product ID then when I manually update with the manufacturer drivers this hub device appears into a "Hub filter" device which let other children devices to appear and be used as debugging interface.
When I plug this device to my Mac and go in System report I can read the correct Vendor ID & Product ID too.
However when I open the device manager in Win10 Parallels, I find that the device is correctly listed as a Generic USB Hub but under the hardware ids USB/VID_203A&PID_FFFE which I assume correspond to the Parallels Virtual Hub ids. This situation makes it totally impossible to use the manufacturer's drivers.
Is there a way such as a boot flag to disable this virtual hub feature?
Best,
