from the support department: Hello Maurice, We are aware of problems with USB printers in current version of Parallels Desktop and there is update coming soon that should solve this issue. As for temporary solution you may try the following: 1. Find latest Windows drivers for your printer, install them into guest OS 2. When When can we expect an upgrade to address the USB printer problem? When I bought Parallels at The Apple store on 8/16/06, I was told that an upgrade would be available the next day. Haven't seen it yet.
