USB Smartcard reader not detected

Hi. I have an USB smartcard reader. It is a Sveon SCT011M. I use it to read the Spanish ID card (eDNI, or electronic DNI). It works in my Mac, but, it is not detected by parallels 17, so I cannot use it in windows 10 virtual machine.

In fact, it worked once, parallels detected and windows did too, but I am not able to make it work again.

Could anyone help me? Thank you in advance.
