Use all displays full screen - the extended screen appears black

In the function 'Full screen' and 'use all displays full screen', the extended screen appears black and is unusable as a display. However, we can still see the mouse pointer but cannot displace windows.

Version 18.3.2 (53621)
 
Could you please assist me in solving this issue? I used to be able to use extended screens without any problems, but now it's causing a disruption in my work. Thank you.

For us to further investigate this issue, kindly reproduce the issue and collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
