Use Number KeyPad on Extended Keyboard?

I have an Apple external wired keyboard connected to my PB15 on which I run Parallels.
My guest OS is Windows XP.

I can't seem to use the number keypad when I'm in Windows.

The keyboard does NOT have a numlock key.

Do any of you have ideas as to how to get the numeric keypad working. It would be quite helpful for spreadsheet work.

Don't forget universal access settings...

Also don't forget to make sure that the "Mouse Keys" settings in Universal Access under System Preferences is set to OFF.

I battled with getting the numeric keypad to work for days before remembering to check Mac OS X settings...
