Use Windows trusted root certificate in Parallels Client

Hi,
I noticed that Parallels Client use an internal list of trusted root CA (the file C:\Program Files\Parallels\Client\trusted.pem). I'm wondering if it possibile to configure the client to use Windows local computer trusted root certificates.
It is much more easy to manage certificate, via GPO, in the local computer certificate repository. Edit the trusted.pem file, and keep it updated, on a large scale installation it is not practical. Is there a kb or a best practice in this scenario?
