Hello, One of our users is unable to run any published applications. Their connection settings look correct. The first time they tried, they received the following error message. " Client could not access the remote application. The machine might be too busy to accept new connections or network problems are preventing your connection. Please try connecting later" After a second try, the user received the following error. "Code [01/00000001E] Unable to launch application/desktop, reinstall product or contact system administrator". Reinstalling the application did not help. The user experienced the first error again. Our users use version 16 of the parallels client. This issue occurred on Windows.
