    Hey guys,

I have a newer iMac that shipped with Sierra and I'm using Parallels 14 to run Mavericks so I can use an older version of Pro Tools software.

I need to access a Thunderbolt device (Universal Audio Apollo Interface), but the Parallels menu bar only shows USB & Bluetooth devices. Is there any way to access this?

    Thanks!

Hi, can you find your device in Devices -> External devices menu?

Hi Maria, I unfortunately don't have an External Devices submenu under the Devices menu. I have the following options:

    USB & Bluetooth
    CD/DVD
    Network
    Sound
    Camera
    Sharing
    Keyboard

Ok, then please generate the problem report using this KB article.
Please reproduce the issue/ open devices tab and then generate the report. Reply us back with the report ID number.
Also the screenshot of thunderbolt device connection to Mac will be very appreciated.
