Using a web-based scheduling program

I bought a new MacBook and installed Parallels and Windows XP home. I disposed of my Dell laptop which was used mostly for aviation programs and an on line scheduling program with my flying club. http://www.wingsaloft.com/win660.html The system requires loading 6 MS DLL's. When I try to log on I get an error message window GINTCt9o saying "Run-time error '0', the scheduling area grays out, and a "please wait" window appears. No response from the system no matter how long I wait. I am not a high end user, new to Parallels, and not certain how to troubleshoot the procedure. The Genius at the Apple store says it is a Windows problem and that Parallels is not involved. But the system worked well on the Dell running Windows XP Home. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have a screen shot of the system as malfunctioned but don't know how to attach it to this posting.

Be sure that you have parallels tools installed... It might be Windows... Do you have a Boot Camp configuration? If so, have you tried that? Run Time errors sometimes occur when the Page-file Memory is too low, have you tried increasing that? What are your RAM allocations? And what is your system set-up? (i.e. Build Number, type of Mac, actual RAM, etc.)
 
Thanks very much for your answer. I do have parallels tools installs, do not have Boot Camp and am wary of that since I'd have to partition the drive and all that entails. I don't know how to adjust page file memory. I have 512 RAM allocated and it works very fast on other applications. I have a black MacBook with 2GB, 667 Mhz DDR2 SDRAM, build is 3188. Confession: this is my first ever experience in a web network, and my son who set up my system is watching this thread as am I. He is located remotely from me, and can give me telephone help if necessary. Thaks again Eru.
 
Hmm... Sounds like my Dad and me. :P

Have him try increasing the pagefile memory from inside of 'System' from your Control Panel... Seeing you have 2 GB, try upping your physical RAM allocation from inside of Parallels to ~.8GB prior to doing this. I am not too familiar with this program... Have you son find out what technology this uses, I suspect it is Java 2.0E+ or a .NET framwork... Whatever it is, try re-installing it on your computer.

Hmm... That is interesting...

Peter Morton, I guess the issue is not only on Parallels PCs, but also 'real' ones too... I think the bug needs to go to the software developers if you want to get this working.
 
I've served the issue up to the company that uses the scheduling service and they in turn are engaging the provider of the software. I'll post a report when this runs throough that circle. Thanks to everyone who has chipped in.
