Hello everyone,
I'm using a MacBook Air M2 (Ventura 13.4.1) with Parallels, and I just installed Motive (motion tracking software provided by Optitrack/Natural Point), and to run the software, I have to connect a Hardware Key, (basically an USB stick). The USB stick is recognized by Parallels, it appears on Devices > USB & Bluetooth. I also checked with USB connection preferences, and the device is in that list (option connect to Windows 11 prefered). But the software can't find it at all. Do you have any solution for this?
I thank everyone for reading this post and answering it.
