Using parallels to access my physical desktop PC

I currently run my mac and PC at the same time. I use a windows only program for design and built a powerhouse around that program.

Right now my set up is an ultra wide monitor on the PC and the MacBook on a smaller monitor.

I am looking to only use my ultra wide for the max and hopefully use parallels to open that single program I use on windows via RDP.

Is this possible?
