Using Parallels to Configure 802.1x

Trying to find out if we can use Parallels to push out a configuration to use EAP-TLS for wireless 802.1x connections (and potentially wired too for that matter).
 
We use parallels to push out EAP-TLS wireless configuration.
This can be done by creating a mobileconfig file using Apple Configurator 2 (available from App Store).
Then you can import the file using parallels and deploy.
This will show up as a policy file on the Mac.

We do not use wired so can't say how/if that works.
