Using Parallels with Win10 Installed on SD drive?

Hi everyone,

Let's say, there's Macbook Pro with SD card, used as permanent storage extension (e.g., NiftyDrive), and there's Windows 10 installed on this drive. Will Parallels work with Windows 10 in this configuration?
