If you deselected 'Show at startup' from the welcome screen, how do you get it to show again if you have another v3 hdd to convert?
In other words, I need to run the function 'Import virtual machines', which seems to be accessible only from this welcome screen.

Ok, if anyone else needs to get the welcome screen back:
edit:
~/Library/Preferences/com.parallels.Parallels Desktop.plist
and change:
User Preferences.Show Welcome Screen Boolean: Yes
