ver16, activation problem (Activation limit exceeded)

Hi, I just reset my Mac.

And I tried to activate my Parallels, but I saw the message 'Activation limit exceeded'. I hope you solve this problem.

2 of Parallels 16 version is a permanent serial. (both serial num are blocked!) The last serial number
