Version 1.3.0 (636) - Still has problems with too many tools in TB window - duplicate icons

Running macOS Sierra Ver 10.12.1 (16B2555) - There are no duplicate apps in the toolbox app folder. I did group the tools in a Launchpad folder for convenience, but I don't think that the toolbox window build routine looks at the Launchpad. The screenshots below tell you more that I can easily put into words. You have a bug to fix!

It's in the title line: Version 1.3.0 (636). Here is a list of the tools in my toolbox. There are 25 of them. Perhaps a small icon or list display option would help get them all in the display window?
