Version 15.5.15561 errors out - freezes constantly

    I updated my Parallels app via Mac App Store on November 5 and ever since then, the app has be nearly impossible to use. It either freezes or quits without me even touching it. I get no error message and have to log back in to get it to work.

    This application is essential to my business and I need to figure out what the problems is because right now, it's practically unusable due to this.

    Please help.
