We just upgraded to version 6.0 and started pushing out new clients to Windows XP professional SP2 machines. The single sign-on is a great feature, HOWEVER, when the client installs on some machines the SSO is grayed out, others it works. There is no common denominator as to why it does this. These machines are identical in setup, but I cannot figure out WHY this is happening?? I have checked the registry under LOCAL_MACHINE, CURRENT_USER and made sure SSO was set to 1, but no luck. I have checked for the GinaDLL, the SSO Service, but nothing. I have tried Ocra, nothing. My question is simple, does anyone have any idea why the SSO option gets grayed out? Or what I can do to enable it? This has put a halt on our upgrade and I would like to better understand this before pushing it out to the other 500 clients.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Basically SSO gets grayed out when credentials are not available..

    This can happen because:
    1) Client was not rebooted.
    2) During installation SSO was disabled.
    3) SSO installation failed.
