Hi, After updated parallel lite, they ask me too purchase it, I didn't want to purchase it but I needed to backup my files so I enrolled in the subscription and after backup my files I will disable it but when I have done it, it didn't work and now I paid the 80$. Can someone help me ?
Hello. Please quit Parallels Desktop, restart it and click on 'Subscribe' when prompted. If this doesn't help, click on 'Restore Purchases' and let us know if that works.
