Very Unhappy Consumer - An Open Letter To The Company

    Thanks Guy,

    I've had the update up and running since Saturday, it was the 2 days of conflicting support messages from both sides of the Atlantic previous to that release which did me in ;)

    I'm now waiting to see if my upgrade has been cancelled, as the original unanimous verdict from both teams was that the US upgrade would never work with the UK version and to apply for a refund. I sent my refund application to element5 and 12 hours later the latest version appeared :eek:

    I've sent two messages asking them to cancel my refund request but I fully expect it to be ignored :D :D

    Hi Olly,

    Glad to hear you're up and running. I saw various recommendations to get a refund and I was having none of that because I'd end up paying more (I'm tight like that ;-). I hope you succeed in not getting your refund ;-)

    I've put a new thread up to tell people clearly that the UK version now works OK because Parallels seem unwilling to make a clear statement to that effect :)
