Video Downloads Not Working

Hello,

The reported issue concerning YouTube video downloads has been successfully resolved.

Kindly attempt the download once more and confirm if the operation is successful.

If the issue persists, please collect a technical report (click the Parallels Toolbox icon in Mac menu bar > Settings (asterisk icon) > Help > Send Technical Data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this post.

Thanks

It's been like this (hit and miss....lately more miss) for ages now. Submitting reports does nothing...For me, anyway... Are you lot going to fix this because I know that other downloaders work. (yt-dlp/tubearchivist) for example. The old parallels toolbox is getting less and less useful and more and more expensive. The gall (and logic), behind that is egregious to say the least. It's such a shame. I KNOW we're not technically supposed to be saving youtube videos but if you're going to advertise it as part of the incentive to pay, then jolly-well make sure it work or publish something so we know what's happening. I can see myself cancelling all of my toolbox subscriptions very soon.

EDIT: Oh wow. I just went to manage my subscription and clicked on manage and clicked on my subscription, is asks which one and I click Parallels Toolbox and the next message is basically "Your subscription has been cancelled and you don't get a refund". So in trying to turn off the Auto-Renew, it seems it cancels it.

You guys really need to get your sh*t together. I'm doing to find something else. You've REALLY dropped the ball as a company. All your products are morphing into monsters and you don't care. I'm now going to delete my account since I don't have a subscription anymore and don't get any money back.

Wouldn't you like to think it would ask you if you want to cancel your subscription instead of leading you through a plethora of increasingly-obfuscating links?

F U Parallels, and EVERYONE who looks like you!
