I cant seem to run on a program(swg) on my mac with parallels. It meets all of the requirements, yet still bugs out. When it does crash it mentions failing to lock back.... after shoving it directly into google, it would appear that this is an error with either directx 9, or your video card/driver... The video driver is oddly enough parallel video driver. I hunted down the proper one for windows, and it wont let me go through the installation. I reinstalled directx 9, and am still having the problem. Is it possible the "parallels driver" needs to be updated? Is the parallels driver just a projection of the mac video driver? Please help
Parallels doesn't support directx 9, only 8. Hopefully in future releases will this be fixed. Greetings PS : You could try in the configuration screen (when you start parallels), click on anything in screen, then you will see Video then enable DIRECTX SHADERS. Maybe this will help.
