Virtual HDD on HFS Partition

Hello Support,

I have a System with Dualboot (OSX Lion and Windows 7). I want to use the same Virtual Machine in Mac OSX and Windows.. So i put the Virtual Harddisk File into the root of the OSX Partition. And now i'm in the Windows and installed the Parallels Workstation Trail, I made a new VM and used the Image, stored in the root of the HFS Partition. And now if I try to start there it says the following Error:
Unable to access the hard disk used by the "Windows XP" virtual machine.

You do not have enough rights to use following hard disk in this virtual machine: "E:/insane Xp.hdd".

P.S.: I mount the HFS Partition with MacDrive 8
