Virtual Machine back to real computer

For security reasons I have to move the content of a Windows 10 virtual machine to a "real" new laptop also with Windows 10. What's the best way to do this?

Hi, you can mount your virtual harddrive to your Mac, and then copy all of your data from your HD to external drive and then use it on your real new PC
