Virtual machine driver failure

I'm running Parallels Desktop 2.2 (but this happened on previous versions), and whenever parallels is running and a run up CPU usage, the machine reboots. When it starts up again, I get a previous shutdown case of either 3 or -60. I also get this in the log at startup:

I've tried reinstalling, including removing the driver, but I always get the same result. Any ideas?
