I have an application (MagicDraw) that I have just updated and I get an error in Windows 11 that says 'Could not create Java Virtual Machine'. I did not have this problem with the earlier version of the application and I don't believe any of their interfaces have changed. I read that you can only have virtual machines in virtual machines using the Parallel Pro version. Do I have to upgrade?
IDK which version of Software you'd need off-hand, but I have read a LOT on here about how Nested Virtualization isn't really supported by the M series Macs (yet?).
Hello, Kindly refer to this article for Nested Virtualization: https://kb.parallels.com/116239 Note: this feature is currently not supported in Parallels Desktop on Mac computers with Apple M1 chip. If you do not have an M-series mac and still facing this issue, kindly collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post. Thanks
