Vista business install error...

During installation, I'm getting an error that says:

Windows cannot access the required file
C:\$WINDOWS.~LS\Sources\0dc423c9-573e-4874-a49a-166675f38af2\Install.swm. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation.
Error code: 0x80070490

any idea what's going on?
