I upgrade Ubuntu to 10.10 yesterday, and reinstalled desktop tools. I have latest version/update of PD6. Initially, I received an error indicating that Visual Effects could not be enabled, but after uninstalling /reinstalling desktop tools, Visual Effects now works.
However, if I try to go full screen and use use max resolution (1920x1200) the right and lower screen gets clipped so that my screen size is effectively only 1680x1050. The right & lower screen is simply not visible/blacked out. If I disable Visual Effects, the max resolution is available.
Any fix for this issue forthcoming?
