Visual Studio and the OSX Dock

When I run most Windows applications, the icon for that application shows in the OSX dock. This allows me to add this app to the dock for my most used programs. However, when I run Visual Studio 2005, the icon does not appear in the dock. Is anyone else seeing this type of behavior?
 
I run the express edition of C# 2005 and I do not have this issue.

As a work around, you should be able to add it to the dock by dragging it from your username/parallels/vmname/Windows Applications/ folder onto your dock.
