I have the latest Parallels version 18.3.0 for M1/M2 and Visual Studio 17.6.0. When I connect my iPhone to to Windows it is not detected by Visual Studio and I cannot deploy directly to it (Hot Restart), which is much faster and convenient than having to go throw the connection to the MAC. Can anyone advise?

Same for me as well, use Parrallels Desktop 20 (55653) for Mac Air M3 16GB 512 (Sonoma) with Visual Studio ARM 64bit 17.11.3 and ITunes 12.13.3.2. My iPhone connected to Win (instead of Mac) and got recognized by ITune, Explorer, Windows Device Manager Driver as well (apple mobile device usb composite device & apple mobile device usb device) ... etc.. but when try to deploy from Visual Studio as Local Device, a pop up "Setup Hot Restart" appear and when clicking Net it just hang there at "Waiting for a device to be connected" forever ... !

Hi, I know is a quite old post but I am facing the same issue here and I cannot find a solution. I am using Parallels Desktop 20 Pro Version 20.2.0 (55872). I am developing on Visual Studio Community Edition v17.12.4 ARM. Working on a MacBook Pro M3 max 2023. The iPhone is recognized on Winford's in the explorer and in iTunes as well. But I cannot connect it as a local device from Visual Studio. The Setup Hot Restart is showing the "Waiting for a device to be connected" indefinitely. Does anyone know about this problem ?
