VM does not boot Windows 10 Parallels 13

Ny VM Windows does not boot anymore. It keeps looping with the message in Dutch "De installatie herstellen", which means to repair or restore the installation. I have copied the VM back from my Time Machine, but I cannot make it start again. What can I do ?

Hello ChielM1. Select Actions (from Mac menu bar) -> Take Snapshot. Again select Actions -> Reset and check if it helps.
