VM Image Crashed?

Hey everybody,

I had Parallels 8 on my MBP and it somehow recently crashed. This is what happened (image attached). I can't access anything on the image, and thus can't get to any of my files.

Has this ever happened to anybody and does anybody have a solution?

I thought maybe updating to Parallels 9 would fix it, but no luck there. I installed a new image and that worked perfect, but the old one is still junking out.
