For testing purposes, I'd like to run Parallels Desktop on an 8-core Mac Pro, with multiple VM's open at the same time -- each using its own core. Don't confuse this with "multi-core support" meaning a single VM utilizing multiple cores -- it's really the opposite. Can this be done? And is Parallels Desktop 4 running well on Mac Pros in general? I see some posts on "can't install on Mac Pro" (but seem to be 2006), "kernel panics on Mac Pro" (but might just be one tormented soul).
