VPN connections with Cisco VPN Client don't pass full traffic

I'm not getting a full connection to clients on the other WAN. I can see the router is providing me an IP address on a different VLAN (192.168.21.xxx) and an IP scanner on my side displays all the devices on the other VLAN(s)(192.168.19.xxx). I'm unable to interact with those remote devices through Parallels though. I just confirmed that this connection works from a stand alone Windows computer using the same vpn client and .pcf file. It also works from my Mac over VPN with devices that don't require Windows software, i.e.. I can log in to something with a web server.

Hope that makes sense. Basically, I have proprietary windows software to interface with devices on a remote network and Parallels is the only thing getting in the way of me connecting fully even though I can see them.
 
Anthony did you ever get a reply? Seems odd this has sat out here this long.

I am in v11 with Mac Yosemite and Windows 10 as my VM. I have coworkers with similar setups (El Capitan w/ Win 10, Yosemite w/ Win 7) all using the Cisco AnyConnect client on the Mac and we all have problems with connecting to our internal network once on the VPN. We have internet connection the entire time with no problems, but connection to internal servers/network addresses start to fail randomly. The only way we have confirmed working around it is by disconnecting and reconnecting our VPN clients. I am trying this out with the VPN client on the Windows VM to see if that helps.
