My Parallels on my MacPro with 3gb for ram, 2gb allocated to Parallels has been really slow for the last few weeks. I realised that it had been since I update my firmware and VT-X was working all the time.
I have just turned it off and now it is working quickly again. I have VT-X turned on at home and it works fine.
Has anyone else seen this?
