W11 Guest not Recognizing BT Device

I'm running Parallels 18 on an Intel MacMini running Ventura as the Host for a W11 VM: 16 GB, 1 TB setup, accessed via Universal Control on an M1 MacBook Pro also running Ventura. This means MBP trackpad and keyboard are used for controlling the MacMini Host and Guest. I have a BT Device that uses two step enumeration in which COM Port 3&4 (or a higher COM Port pair if other BT devices are active) and I can not get the second step of the enumeration to occur. Are there any relevant KBs, threads or other support options which may be able to help me in this process. BTW on a native W11 Intel system, the BR Device Pairs and Connects flawlessly. TIA
