Warn if Windows restart is required to complete the product update

When I'm in the middle of work and Parallels asks me to update, I usually say yes and then regret it because Parallels doesn't warn you that you'll have to restart your computer. Parallels should warn you that you'll have to restart if you update. This bug has been around for a couple of years now.
