D davert Member Aug 28, 2006 #1 I don't know if it's a widespread issue, but when I tried using my LaCie/Lightscribe firewire DVD, it froze Windows instantly. If it's unplugged all goes well. Plug it in, and all freezes. Took me a while to figure out the culprit.

V VTMac Pro Aug 28, 2006 #2 Well, it shouldn't freeze, but firewire is not supported by Parallels. Plugging it in should just have no effect. Is this the beta or release build?
