Way to use OSX's VPN connection in windows?

Hi,

I have a VPN connection to my company running in OSX. Can I somehow use/bridge this connection over to Windows, so that I can e.g. start an internal website with a windows browser?

No matter what I select in the network settings, I cant get this to work.

Anyone able to help?
 
It should work in Shared mode, please put here the output of iconfig -a on the Mac side, ipconfig /all on Windows and traceroute from the Mac, tracert from Windows (run in Mac OSX in Terminal, in Windows click Start -> Run -> type cmd)
