I am using Parallels Desktop for Mac, Business Edition, on model Macmini8,1 with macOS 12.3.1 host and guests running 10.15.7 / 11.6.5 / 12.3.1 In macOS 12.3.1 VMs: Chrome, Safari, and Firefox web pages respond very slowly to input (mouse actions and keystrokes). If Parallels video adapter type is set to virtio then the symptom appears to be resolved but then other applications respond slowly. No such problems with 10.15.7 and 11.6.5 VMs.
