Webportal on W2008 & IIS7

HI,

ich have an W2008 Server x64 with IIS7 and i did install ALL features for IIS6. now i would like to install the webportal for x64, but i still get the message, that IIS6 is required

what can i do?

I have the same issue but on x86. Has there been any feedback about this issue?
I have installed IIS6 Management Console with all it's subcomponents but still get the error in the msi "2x Access Portal requires Microsoft IIS 6 and the installation will be cancelled."

You need to install IIS6 Management Console with ALL subcomponents when installing IIS7

Features installed on the server are
IIS 6 Management Compability
IIS 6 Metabase Compatibility
IIS 6 WMI Compatibility
IIS 6 Scripting Tools
IIS 6 Management Console

Am I missing something?

I am having the exact same problem. All features are installed for IIS but I am unable to install the web portal.
 
I am having the same issue. Server 2008 x64, IIS7, added all IIS6 Components. I get the error that IIS6 must be installed, and the install exits.
 
After a lot of looking around I think I have the issue resolved.

Install all of the IIS7/IIS6 Components

IIS 6 Management Compatibility
IIS 6 Metabase Compatibility
IIS 6 WMI Compatibility
IIS 6 Scripting Tools
IIS 6 Management Console

Reboot the server and try installing the 2x software again.
This was working for me on both the Java Client and 2xWebPortal
 
I am having this problem as well. I am running Server 2008 R2 Standard x64.
 
Ok, I dont know what the magic is because I just downloaded 7.3.768 x 64 and tried to install and received the exact same error4 message "2X Access Portal Requires Microsoft IIS 6 and the installation will be canceled."

So... it's obviously still not working.
 
Turn of UAC on the server.

In control panel, go to user accounts, change user account control settings, move the slider down to "never notify."

You will have to reboot.
