What are your hotkeys combinations with Fullscreen and Virtue?

I was wondering for those that are using Virtue Desktop with Parallels, what are your hotkey combinations. I've solved a few, but run into issues on others.

Removed/Redefined:
Alt+Tab - removed in Virtue as a combo
Ctrl+Alt+Shift and arrow - redefined as switching desktops

Remaing Problem:
Alt+Enter - hotkey to switch Parallels to a window... Argh, that's how you go into a cell in Excel.

Post your hotkey combos.
 
Alt + Apple in virtue for everything

+ arrows to move around
+ tab to show pager
+ O for window controller

Alt + Ctrl in parallels for everything

+ R for releasing input
+ F for fullscreen toggle
+ click for right click

So far I haven't found it interfers with my applications, but I'd be intrigued to know if I've just jammed something in OSX

Sorry if this is an easy question, but how can I disable alt-tab in VirtueDesktop so I can use ALT-TAB within Parallel on my Windows VM to switch between windows?
