What is going on with this product?

This upgrade has caused me more problems than I can shake a stick at!! Due to the blue screen of death being my most useful part of it so far, I decided to totally uninstall it all. Now I cannot activate it when I try to install XP on it because I cannot find my original activation number. it will not accept the upgrade activation number. I have requested a trial number but nothing comes to my email account.

I have paid too much money for all these headaches.

What can anyone tell me about this?:mad: I have called, emailed and get no answers from anyone at Parallels.
