When will the free upgrades from 3.0 to 4.0 be processed

Hi,

I have a support ticket (615078) for a free upgrade from Version 3.0 to 4 of Parallels Desktop.

Any ideas when this will be processed - its been open but unread since 13 Nov.

Free upgrades are available now. All customes who have purchased Parallels Desktop 3.0 after the 1st of September can receive a free upgrade key. Where to receive it depends on the place you purhcased PD3.

How about situation like mine. I did purchase ver 3.0 in the beginning of November and then ver 4.0 was released. I purchased an upgrade. Looks like I qualified for free upgrade. Am I entitled to refund?

Upgrade ticket still unread

Hi.

I've posted a ticket for my free upgrade at Sat Jan 03. The status of this ticket is still new and unread.
How long i've to wait?
