Where are my VM's after upgrading to Parallels 5?

I upgraded from Parallels 3 to 5. I had two VMs of Windows XP. My boot camp version migrated over automatically through the process. But I can't find my other VM to convert it.

Where did it go? How can I find it? I'm ok with rebuilding it from scratch, but I'd at least like to delete it so I can free up the space.
 
ShawnD, if you had Parallels Desktop 3 initially installed on your Mac, virtual machines are by default located at ~/Documents/Parallels. You can also use Spotlight to search for files having .hdd extension.
 
I found a file in my documents/parallels folder called winxp.hdd. It's about 8.5 gig. I think that's it.

I started parallels 5 and selected the import virtual machines option and browsed over to the documents/parallels folder. I see the winxp.hdd file but it's greyed out and I can't select it. What does that mean?
 
Please try not to import, but normally create new virtual machine in Parallels Desktop 5 based on existing hard disk and point virtual machine to winxp.hdd.
 
I did that and chose custom install and pointed it to the hdd file.

When I try to "power on" the VM, I get this error:

Unable to connect Hard Disk 1.

A file or device required for the operation of Hard Disk 1 does not exist or is used by another process, or you have no permission to access it. The virtual machine will continue running, but the device will be disconnected.
