Where is SmartSelect, SnapShots and Security Manager?

Hi,
Have just installed Parallels for Mac 3.0 and used Transporter to migrate from a Windows XP SP2 computer. However I cannot seem to find where SmartSelect, SnapShots and Security Manager are located. I have installed and re-installed Parallels Tools on my Windows Guest OS, but the buttons are not coming up in the OS Window Panel. I've just got Stop, Pause, Start, Reset, Full Screen, Coherence, VM Settings, OS Windows buttons.
Where am I going wrong?
Many Thanks

First they are not a part of Parallels Tools!
When XP is not running security is not available, the other options should be listed under Parallel Desktop Actions. When XP is running, all are listed under the Action Menu.

Can't find anything.
Here's a screenshot of the actions menu when XP is running:

Amazing!
If you installed 3.0 I don't see were YOU did anything wrong.
I have no experience with Transporter and migrating files, but I can't see how that would make a difference.

Have you tried creating a new virtual HD to see if it makes a difference?
Is this a registered or trail version?
What build are you using?
US or localized version?
Is Parallels set up to automatically start Virtual HD?
