where is the Android downloads folder?

According to this thread: android os on Parallels 8, I can copy an apk to the Android download folder and install it from there. But the thread says the Android downloads folder is at:

/android-2012-07-20/data/media/Download

But I can't find that folder. Can someone give a full path to the Android downloads folder so that I can reach it from OS X?

Mount android disk image using the "Parallels Mounter" then you will find the file path /android-2012-07-20/data/media/Download
