Where is the @ (at) key on German keyboard?

Hi all,

I have Parallels plus Windows XP installed - everything works fine. But where do I find the @ key in the Windows VM? Normally I get it with Alt+l, but in Parallels this does not work.

Can anybody give me a hint? Thanks in advance...
