Where to input KEY?

Hope this isn't a dumb question but I have the trial version 3.0 installed and just purchased a key. Can't seem to find where to put in the new key?
 
One more problem now. When I run the app I get this.

Parallels Desktop is unable to operate properly since it cannot communicate with one of its drivers. Seems that drivers are inconsistent with the currently installed version of Parallels Desktop. To overcome this issue, reinstall Parallels Desktop and start it by selecting Finder->Applications->Parallels->Parallels Desktop.

Even when I reinstall I get the error.

How can I completely remove Parallels from my computer are start over? I do the uninstall but with I re-run the install it only does an upgrade and never asks for my key.
 
I am certain it will ask for the key when the trail expires

calls a drop down window when the guest OS is running
I did not know the answer to your question so began to look in the help menu
